Pakistan navy ships visit Iranian Port of Bandar Abbas

Bandar Abbas (IP)- A Pakistani naval fleet comprising three warships have arrived in Iran’s southern port city of Bandar Abbas.

Iran PressIran news: The commander of the Pakistani fleet, Rehan Ali Khan, which will stay in Bandar Abbas for four days, was welcomed on Sunday morning by the commander of the first naval district of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy.

Captain Ghader Vazifeh, deputy commander of the first naval district of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, said Iran-Pakistan maritime visits would lead to deep and strategic ties between the two neighboring states, expressing hope for more such interactions.

The port call by Pakistani ships is a testimony of growing security and defense relationships between Iran and Pakistan. The visit of the Pakistan Navy ships to Bandar Abbas enables both navies to enrich themselves from mutual experiences and enhance cooperation in future endeavors.
