The gathering, titled "International Legal Pursuit: From the Field to the Courtroom," brought together legal scholars and analysts to develop actionable mechanisms for advancing atrocity cases within international judicial forums.
Talking to reporters on the sidelines of the international conference, former International Criminal Court (ICC) judge and lawyer from South Africa, Abubakr Noormohammed, said, "Concerning the Minab School, we have prepared a statement of complaint, and we have identified on the basis of universal jurisdiction, one of the countries that we will probably see is Germany."
