Iran Press - Islamabad: The Milli Yakjehti Council Pakistan, hosted by Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, organized the “Ishq-e-Paighambar-e-Azam Markaz-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Conference” in Islamabad, bringing together religious scholars from different schools of thought and representatives from various walks of life.

Opposition Leader in the Senate and MWM chief Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, Jamaat-e-Islami leader Liaquat Baloch, Shia Ulema Council Vice President Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Religious Affairs Sahibzada Muhammad Adnan Qadri, Mufti Gulzar Naeemi and other scholars addressed the gathering.

The speakers said the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) provide a guiding light for Muslims, stressing that following his teachings can lead to success in both this world and the hereafter.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri called for adopting the Prophet’s noble character, forgiveness and brotherhood, saying “unity is our strength” and enemies seek to divide Muslims by creating internal conflicts.

Liaquat Baloch said the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is a model for life and emphasized that a united Muslim Ummah can defeat every challenge posed by its enemies.

Other speakers said the Milli Yakjehti Council is playing an important role in promoting unity among Muslims and urged the Ummah to remain united against what they described as conspiracies against the Muslim world.

Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi described the martyred Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei as a great leader of the Muslim world and said his struggle and sacrifice were dedicated to Muslim unity.

Sahibzada Muhammad Adnan Qadri said the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are a source of guidance for Muslims, adding that adopting the Seerah is the path to success.
