Civil Defense chief:

Tehran (IP)- Chief of Iran's Civil Defense Organization said that according to intelligence analysis, the cyberattack on fuel systems was carried out by a foreign country, the Americans and the Zionists.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking on a live television program on Saturday night, Brigadier-general Gholamreza Jalali said the attack hit the middleware section and was complicated and difficult to neutralize.

He stated the cyberattack on billboards was also linked to the attack on the fuel distribution system and said in terms of technical connection, no connection has been found yet.

Following last Tuesday's cyberattack on the fuel systems, fuel stations in Iran had been disrupted to give service to the people, but soon the process of refueling at gas stations returned to normal.
