Second Admiral Shahram Irani
Because of the commitment and good record and the proposal of the Chief Commander of the Army, I appoint you as the Commander of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran by awarding the rank of Admiral.
Serious and worthy efforts are expected to utilize the Navy, the Army, the armed forces, and the country to advance the Navy vigorously, to upgrade the capacity with full readiness based on the growth and excellence of human capital.
I thank Admiral Hossein Khanzadi for his effective efforts in this responsibility.
