Nine Iranian Shiite pilgrims traveling in central Iraq were wounded and one pilgirim killed when their bus came under attack by unidentified gunmen.

Iran Press/Middle East: Iranian officials said that the bus carrying 10 pilgrims, was in the north of the capital of Baghdad when gunmen opened fire.

They added that three wounded passengers were taken to a hospital, including a woman who was in serious condition, Iran Press reported.

Director General of the Organization of Pilgrimage said that the pilgrims are from Pars Abad Moghan city.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack. 101/202
