Sheikh Naim stated that through the synergy of Iran's leadership, its people, and the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), Iran has stood defiant against oppression, effectively humiliated the U.S. and its allies.
"Iran will emerge from this stage with its head held high, transforming into an exceptional global power and a sanctuary for the free world," Qassem said. He emphasized that Iran is evolving into a strategic regional power upon which the free people of the world will rely.
Refusal to Disarm
Addressing calls for disarmament, the Hezbollah leader warned that any attempt to strip the Resistance of its weapons is a precursor to destruction.
"Disarmament means annihilation, and we will never accept it," Qassem asserted. He added that U.S. sanctions would not weaken the movement, warning that "if Washington acts with further brutality, there will be nothing left for it in Lebanon."
He further criticized certain elements within the Lebanese government, accusing them of facilitating the disarmament process to pave the way for the Zionist Regime to invade, kill, and displace the Lebanese people.
Zionist Regime in Decline
Regarding the ongoing hostilities in southern Lebanon, Qassem characterized the current events as the beginning of the "decline and destruction" of the Zionist Regime.
He highlighted the effectiveness of the Resistance's aerial capabilities, stating: "The Resistance's drones will continue to pursue Zionist soldiers. If it were not for drone footage, they would never have admitted to the targeting of their military personnel and equipment."
Rejection of Direct Negotiations
The Hezbollah Secretary-General strictly rejected any possibility of direct negotiations with the Zionist Regime, calling such talks "completely invalid" as they only serve the interests of the occupation.
"The only achievement of direct negotiations with the Zionist Regime is securing its pure interests," Qassem said. He advised the Lebanese government to cease providing free concessions to the U.S. and the Zionist Regime, stating that if the government cannot protect national sovereignty, it must step aside.
The 'Third Liberation'
Concluding his speech, Qassem issued a defiant message to the enemies of the Resistance, announcing that the "Third Liberation" would soon be declared.
"We will drive the enemy out defeated," he promised. "The enemy's goal through all this slaughter and destruction is to bring us to our knees, but we will never kneel. We will remain on the battlefield and emerge from this war victorious."
