Georgia (IP) - During a meeting of Iran's Ambassador to Tbilisi and the Georgian officials, human, consular, and legal issues of the two countries were examined.

Iran Press/Asia: The meeting held on Thursday with the presence of Georgia's Minister of Justice and Director-General of International Law addressed the issues of families separated due to the coronavirus pandemic, the residence of Iranians under Article 18, problems caused by forgers and fraudsters, memorandum of understanding on the transfer of convicts, and judicial assistance, as well as the way Georgia's Ministry of Justice monitored the issue of Iranian victims of fraud. 

Regarding the visit of the Minister of Justice of Georgia to The Hague, the Ambassador of Iran, Akbar Qasemi discussed the relevant issues in the presence of all the deputy ministers.
