Abbas Araghchi told reporters on the sidelines of the exhibition: “It is truly a deeply moving and impactful exhibition. Each painting is more meaningful and powerful than the last. In the exhibition’s guestbook, I wrote: ‘Each painting speaks to people and conveys a message as effectively as several speeches and books."
"These paintings are evidence of the legitimacy of the Iranian people’s cause and of the suffering endured by Iranian civilians and children who were deliberately and unjustly targeted by American and Israeli criminals during the war,’ he further said.
The Iranian Foreign Minister the children of Minab, martyred, have become heroic symbols and an epic for the people of Iran: "We will never forget this epic, never forgive it, and never allow it to fade from our memory. We will continue to pursue this matter.”
Expressing hope that he would be able to take the exhibition to other countries, he added: “Of course, if they can bear to see it and allow us to do so. It would not be surprising if they continued the injustices they inflict on humanity. They carry out these actions in the name of human rights, but human rights are here. If they want to see and understand what human rights truly mean, they should come to this exhibition and take in these works.”
