Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh expressed condolences to the government and people of Vietnam in a message on Wednesday, expressing regret over the floods and landslides in Vietnam, which have killed dozens and left dozens missing and causing extensive property damage.
