Tehran (IP) - Talking about Iran's fifth step in pulling back from its' JCPOA obligations incrementally, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said a decision will be made in tonight's important meeting.

Iran Press/Iran News: The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi has emphatically condemned the criminal assassination of prominent Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, saying the United States must accept the consequences of its criminal and unlawful act.

Speaking at his weekly press conference in Tehran on Sunday, the foreign ministry spokesman Mousavi excoriated the United States for its trampling of even the most basic norms of international law, for example, assassination of senior officials of other countries. Mousavi pointedly added: "The United States is openly violating international laws and this is totally unacceptable."  

Elsewhere in his remarks, Mousavi referred to anti-Iran threats by the Trump administration saying the Iranian people will respond to threats with threats.

Referring to the US President Donald Trump's threatening tweet, Seyyed Abbas Mousavi said on Sunday, "We are not hand-tied in response to these threats and advise the United States to stop the hollow threats."

 The spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry stressed that the Iranian people will not accept negotiations under threats and pressure. 

Mousavi also said: "Foreign Ministry executes the orders of the state, and any orders it receives will be executed carefully," Seyyed Abbas Mousavi said on Sunday.
