Pakistani MFA Spox:

Islamabad (IP)- The Spokeswoman of Pakistan's Foreign Ministry said that mutual contacts have been strengthened to make the border with Iran peaceful and free from terrorism.

Iran PressAsia: Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that there are mutual communication channels between Pakistan and Iran on counter-terrorism and that the relevant ministries will inform about further agreements in this regard.

She said during her weekly press briefing that the Israeli aggression and blockade in Gaza is condemnable and that the United Nations Security Council should immediately take steps to lift the blockade.

"Pakistan reiterates its commitment to support the Palestinian people," she stressed.

The Spokeswoman of the Pakistani FM highlighted counter-terrorism efforts taken jointly by Pakistan, China, and Iran, noting that the trilateral anti-terrorism dialogue is an important mechanism for maintaining regional peace.

She said that when the dates for the tripartite talks are fixed, it will be informed.
