Iran Press/ Europe: Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh was a member of the British royal family as the husband of Queen Elizabeth II.
He married Queen Elizabeth on 20 November 1947.
Prince Philip died on the morning of 9 April 2021 at Windsor Castle, aged 99, two months before his 100th birthday.
He was the longest-serving royal consort in British history.
