The head of ISIS terrorists in Iraq's Diyala province, and one of the masterminds behind the Ahvaz terrorist attack has been killed in a Resistance Forces operation in Iraq's Diyala province.

Iran News/ According to an Iran Press report, Public relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps announced the death of  Abu Zoha ISIS's head and one of the perpetrators and mastermind behind the Ahwaz terror attack in an unexpected surprise operation  of Resistance Forces in Diyala province of Iraq.

During the reconnaissance and retrieval efforts of the Resistance Forces, which took place Tuesday morning in Diyala province of Iraq, "Abu Zoha", the head of ISIS in the province and the main planner of the recent terrorist crime in Ahvaz was killed along with four other terrorists.

Four terrorists opened fire on soldiers and civilians during a military parade in Ahvaz in September 22.

25 people, including a four-year-old child, lost their lives.

The attack happened during a ceremony marking the anniversary of the day Iraq attacked Iran and imposed an 8-year war on the country.
