Earlier, on Tuesday morning, the U.S. military targeted parts of southern Iran in a bombing campaign, during which a wedding ceremony in Sirik, Hormozgan Province, was struck, resulting in the martyrdom of five people, including a child.
The Public Relations Department of Iran's Army announced in a statement: "Early this morning, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran struck the ‘satellite communication systems,’ ‘equipment warehouses,’ and ‘fighter jet hangars’ of the U.S. terrorist army at the Ahmad al-Jaber base in Kuwait using missiles and suicide drones.”
These attacks caused damage and losses to the communication systems and fighter jet hangars. The Ahmad al-Jaber base plays a pivotal role in the readiness and logistics of the invading U.S. army in West Asia and has exerted a significant impact on the country’s aerial and surveillance operations.
According to the statement, the deployment place of the U.S. troops and radar systems of the U.S. army at the al-Minhad base in the UAE were also targeted by the Army’s missiles and drones.
The al-Minhad base is also considered one of the important centers for the support and aerial movement of foreign forces.
