Hezbollah's Secretary General has responded to the recent threats made by Israeli officials against Lebanon and the entire axis of resistance, stressing that the Great War will lead the Israelis to their abyss if not demise.

Iran PressMiddle East: Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah was delivering a televised speech on Thursday on the occasion of the Resistance and Liberation Day.

Sayyed Nasrallah called on the Zionist officials to shun miscalculations in Lebanon, Gaza, West Bank, Palestine, Syria, and Iran.

“Your follies, not ours, may lead to the Great War in the region.”

Sayyed Nasrallah indicated that hundreds of thousands of quality fighters will fill the battlefields in the face of the Zionist enemy if it wages an all-out war, citing humanitarian supremacy over the Israelis in this regard.

He also indicated that the Zionist officials withdrew their intimidation after realizing that it has troubled the Zionist settlers, caused a dollar price hike, and threatened tourist activities.

Hezbollah's Secretary General went on to say, "Those who think that the battle with the Israeli enemy has ended are delusional, as there is part of our land that is still under occupation," noting that "there are those who seek to devalue the achieved victory, and we must prevent that."

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed the necessity of reviving this occasion because it is a great event, alongside the sacrifices that have been made in that course that “our generations must be made aware of."

"All generations and all the Lebanese people must be reminded that the victory that was achieved did not come just like that; rather, it was the fruit of many years of sacrifices,” he added.

The Resistance leader stressed that there are three significant stages in the struggle with the Israeli enemy: which are May 17, the date that stands for wrong choices, May 15, the day of the Nakba, and May 25, the date that stands for right choices.

He further explained that the transformations that the occupation entity, which was supposed to be strong and dominant, underwent are the result of a long struggle and a history of sacrifices [on the part of the Resistance].

As such, Sayyed Nasrallah indicated that "following the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon in 2000, then followed by the withdrawal from Gaza, the so-called ‘Great or Greater Israel’ no longer exists,” pointing out that "Israel" is now hiding behind walls and gunfire and is impotent and unable to impose any conditions in any negotiations with the Palestinian people.

He also confirmed that placing the bets on the so-called "Arab Spring" has failed miserably, and so did the so-called “Deal of the Century,” adding that there is no longer any American hegemony in the world, as “we are heading toward a multipolar world, which is worrisome to Israel.”

"The Israeli internal division is met with more cohesion and stability of the Axis of Resistance," he stressed, adding that the positions of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi during his visit to Syria after 12 years of a global war against the country are a clear indication of the cohesion of the Axis of Resistance.

Sayyed Nasrallah confirmed that "the outstanding human capacity in the Axis of Resistance is met by the decline in Israeli manpower and [a state of] utmost fear of engaging in any fight."

In response to Netanyahu's threat, Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Nasrallah said, "You are not the ones threatening an all-out war, we are the ones doing so."

He further stressed that "any all-out war will extend to include all borders,” highlighting superiority in the human capacity on the part of the Axis of Resistance.

Regarding the point of strength in the ongoing confrontation with the Israeli occupation, Sayyed Nasrallah pointed out that the Israeli occupation’s internal front is weak and is facing an "ideological retreat", which is driving the Israeli settlers to get set to pack their bags and leave occupied Palestine.

"The liberation of Palestine, [performing] prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, the demise of the occupation entity, and confidence and certainty in our victory" are all aspirations that Sayyed Nasrallah sees inevitable.

On this occasion, Sayyed Nasrallah expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to the victory by making sacrifices, spearheaded by the martyrs, the wounded, the liberated prisoners, the freedom fighters, and the families of all the aforementioned, not to mention the people who embraced the Resistance.

He also thanked the Lebanese army, security forces, Palestinian factions, presidents, political forces, and everyone who supported the Resistance in Lebanon.

Sayyed Nasrallah also hailed the support of Iran and Syria, who stood by the Resistance in Lebanon and still do.
