Iran Press - Kano: The Nigerian participants carried Iranian, Palestinian and Imam Hussain flags and banners of Resistance Front's leaders in a procession expressing solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The participants also praised Iran for its retaliatory strikes against U.S. military bases across West Asia, describing the actions as a response to American terrorism.
Everyone of the trekkers, dressed in black, marched in an orderly procession while chanting slogans including “Death to America,” “Death to Israel,” and “Labbayk Ya Hussain,” among other religious and political chants.
The Kano procession is part of preparations for the upcoming 2026 Arbaeen symbolic trek scheduled to take place in Abuja on Tuesday.
