The two men, identified as Omid Behzad and Pouria Safvat, were convicted of providing intelligence to Mossad during wartime.
Iranian authorities said the information they transmitted included the locations, images, and coordinates of military, security, and law enforcement facilities.
The Supreme Court upheld the death sentences before they were carried out.
Iranian officials said Behzad repeatedly used mapping applications, including Google Maps, to identify and transmit the coordinates of sensitive sites to channels linked to Mossad.
According to the case file, Mossad handlers informed him that the information would be verified and added to the Israeli military's "target bank" for operational use.
Authorities said Safvat sent the locations of military and security facilities, along with photos and videos, to outlets linked to Israel, including Iran International. Investigators said some of the locations he shared were later targeted in airstrikes.
Prosecutors said both men confessed during the investigation and that the convictions were supported by digital evidence, recovered messages, and other forensic material.
