However, an attack on peaceful Iranian nuclear facilities by the dominant Western powers, led by the United States, undermines rationality, hampers the chances for negotiations, and makes regulatory and legal mechanisms obsolete," he stated.
"We did not initiate this war. It was imposed on our country by the aggressive actions of the Zionist regime and the United States," emphasized Jalali.
