In his message to Sierra Leon's President Julius Maada Bio, President Rouhani expressed hope that the political will of the two countries' leaders will strengthen the bilateral relations in political, economic and cultural spheres.
He wished the people of Sierra Leone progress, success and honour.
This year Sierra Leone commemorates the 57th anniversary of its Independence from Britain on 27th April.
