Tehran (IP) - The rituals of the second night of Qadr of the holy month of Ramadan was held with the presence of Iranians in different walks of life throughout Islamic Iran.

Iran PressIran News: On the night of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (AS), the first Imam of the world's Shias, and the second night of Qadr, the people dressed in black, mourned and lamented, reciting the Holy Quran and the prayer of Joshan Kabir (which means the Great Cuirass).

On the night of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (AS), mosques, Hossainias, Holy shrines, and streets were filled with black-clad mourners who recited the Qur'an, prayed to their God, and wept and beat their chests.

Children, teenagers, and young people alongside were widely present in the ceremony on the second night of Qadr.

The 19th, 21st, and 23rd nights of the holy month of Ramadan are the Nights of Qadr, and people from all over Islamic Iran are widely present in the revival of the Nights of Qadr.
