Iran Press/ Iran News: Masoud Vijeh, the Director of the 27th Hamadan International Children and Youth Theater Festival, told Iran Press News Agency that the festival aims to create enthusiasm among the people, especially children.
Masoud Vijeh said the 27th Hamadan International Children and Youth Theater Festival has 12 competitive and non-competitive sections; in the competitive section, two types of competitions, including one for the juniors, children and youth theater as well as another street theater will be performed.
The head of the festival stated that the non-competitive section includes the international section, theater for children and youth, inclusive theater for people with special needs, research section, and specialized sessions.
According to Masoud Vijeh, artists from Greece, Turkiye, Iraq, Armenia, and Italy have participated in the Festival.
The opening ceremony will be held on June 21 in the central square of Hamadan.
