Saudi Arabia is spending Millions of Dollars to change the context of the old quarter of Awamiya.

Iran Press/Middle East: Saudi Arabia is spending Millions of Dollars to change the context of the old quarter of Awamiya, the old area which is considered as an oil producing quarter located in the East of thecountry , reported Euro news.

The old area which was considered as an oil producing quarter located in the East of the country is forcibly being changed thanks to Saudi investment.

Awamiya used to be home of the Shiites who were crying against Saudi rulers of thecountry  and it was destroyed in 2017 as a result of the protests held against the Saudi regime.

Earlier on December 4, the deputy head of the national security and foreign policy commission of the Iranian parliament, Kamal Dehghani Firouzabadi, emphasized that the Saudi regime has been rejected by the governments and peoples of the world, because it violates and abuses international laws and regulations."

Stressing that Saudi officials are increasingly dependent upon the Americans, and in a way they are trapped by Washington,  Dehghani Firouzabadi said: "The Saudis missed many opportunities to cooperate with regional countries, and countries of the Islamic world, and today they are caught in a web of their own making, slowly sinking into a swamp of their own making - an indication of their own  ignorance and incompetence.
