Palestine will not let President Trump or anyone else announce Quds as the capital city of the Zionist regime, President of the State of Palestine and Palestinian National Authority said.

Palestine will confront this decision from the very beginning, Russian media ‘RT Arabic’ quoted Mahmoud Abbas as saying while visiting a medical delegation in Ramallah, West Bank.

We will not let any country relocate its diplomatic mission from Tel Aviv to Holy Quds, he said.

After settling conflicts, eastern Quds will remain for Palestinians and western part for the Zionists, he added.

Abbas went on to say that grounds have been prepared for creating an independent Palestine.

The main problem is Israel and US support of Tel Aviv, he reiterated.

In a controversial act, US President Donald Trump decided to recognize the Holy Quds as capital of the Zionist regime and ordered to relocate US embassy from Tel-Aviv to Quds on December 6.

Recognizing the Holy Quds as capital of the Zionist regime is a blatant violation of international resolutions and agreements and has so far been criticized by the international community.
