Iranian Minister of Energy underlined that Iranian President will attend the Eurasian Economic Union's annual meeting next week which provides great opportunities for employment and export for both sides.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking after the cabinet meeting in Tehran on Wednesday morning, in response to Iran Press correspondent, asking about the capacity of Eurasian Union and the Iran's expectation from the opportunity, Reza Ardakanian noted, "The expectation is not just only from the parliament of those countries but the governments and the private sectors as well, to play their role in enhancing cooperation for developing the region."

The Energy Minister went on to say that the Islamic Republic has officially joined the Eurasian Economic Union and the President Hassan Rouhani will attend the next annual meeting of the leaders of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on 1st October.

The Energy Minister went on to say: "Our expectation is that a month later the agreement will be practically implemented in Iran, and the private sector will benefit from the provisions of this agreement."

Ardakanian added: "In relation to 500 items or products the Iranian private sector can export these products and take advantage of either zero-tariff or discounted-tariff for these products. So it is a good opportunity for employment and for export for both sides."  101/211/201
