Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, leader of ISIS terrorist group, was targeted in a raid led by US military special operations and is believed to have been killed in the attack in northwest Syria.

Iran Press/America: According to Newsweek, the United States military has conducted a special operations raid targeting one of its most high-value targets, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, a "well-placed military source" told that a "high-value ISIS target" believed to be Baghdadi was "killed by US-led forces in Idlib, Syria.

A US official told AP the terrorist group leader was killed in an explosion in the province. US military sources told a person believed to be Baghdadi detonated a suicide vest.
