The Supreme National Security Council of Iran (SNSC) has announced the finalization of the text of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the end of the war between Iran and the U.S. in Islamabad. The declaration confirms that all military operations and warfare across all fronts, including Lebanon, will end effectively and permanently starting Sunday night (June 14).

In the shadow of the guidance of the Martyr Leader, the Islamic Republic of Iran has completed its triumph over the American-Zionist enemy. Under the leadership of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (may God preserve him), with the support of the people and the efforts of the striving fighters of Islam, and following a period of difficult and intensive negotiations, the Islamic Republic of Iran finalized the text of the Memorandum of Understanding regarding the end of the war (negotiations in Islamabad) between Iran and the U.S.

Based on the agreements reached, war and military operations in all fronts, including Lebanon, will end immediately and permanently from last night. Furthermore, the maritime blockade against Iran will be lifted completely and without delay. The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding will take place officially on Friday (June 19). Negotiations for the final agreement will follow the implementation of the obligations of the opposing parties, as stipulated in the Memorandum of Understanding.

The Islamic Republic of Iran appreciates the efforts of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the government of Qatar.
