Tehran(IP)- In an action against the Law on Dissemination of and Free Access to Information, under the pretext of cruel and unilateral sanctions, Pars Today, the news website serving its audience in 25 languages with the domain parstoday.com was restricted.

Iran PressIran News: In recent days, Pars Today, a multilingual news-cultural site with a .com domain, has been out of reach of its huge audience around the world.

The company providing the domain has announced that it has stopped serving the Pars Today domain because the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization (IRIB) is under the sanctions of the US Department of Treasury, the European Union, and Canada.

The World service department of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) announced that the "Pars Today" website will be available worldwide from now on in all languages with the domain ".ir" and at the address parstoday.ir.

Since 2015, Pars Today news, a cultural and radio station, has been publishing news and various multimedia content for its audience and users around the world in 25 languages, including Japanese, English, Chinese, French, etc., 24 hours a day.

In the Continuation of double standards of the US administration, as well as diplomacy combined with pressure and sanctions, on November 16, the US Treasury Department sanctioned the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and several journalists of the media.

Also, following the implementation of European Union sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, the satellite network "Eutelsat announced on Thursday, December 22, that it has stopped broadcasting all radio and television channels affiliated with the organization.
