Abadan (IP) - Iran Press reported on Monday that a ten-story commercial building collapsed in Abadan city, southwest of Iran, leaving four killed and 55 injured.

Iran PressIran News: According to the Director-General of the Red Crescent Society of Khuzestan Province, emergency assessors were dispatched to the scene immediately after the incident. 

Local sources told rescue workers that some 80 people have been trapped under the rubble of the building called Metropol.

Metropol is an office and commercial building on Abadan’s Amir Street surrounded by residential houses.
