Led by supervisor and director Ebad Daliri, the Iranian squad began their sessions early in the morning at Hamidi Hall. The approximately two-hour workouts focus heavily on technical skills, control, tactical preparation, physiotherapy, and psychological training.
As part of the program, the two national sides are scheduled to play friendly matches. This provides players with valuable competitive exposure and an opportunity to learn from each other's expertise and experience.
The training initiative highlights Iran's modern approach to sports preparation, aimed at creating a highly competitive environment ahead of the continental event.
Furthermore, the joint sporting activity is expected to strengthen Iran-Pakistan cooperation in sports, promoting friendship, goodwill, mutual trust, and people-to-people contacts between the two neighboring countries.
