Speaking at a press conference in Karaj, Mohebi explained that the current conflict is fundamentally a "cognitive war" backed by military tools.
He said that the enemy uses military strikes, which often lack real strategic value, such as targeting nearly empty bases, not to win on the battlefield, but to disrupt the public's perception and create a false belief that Iran's command structure has collapsed.
Addressing Trump's recent economic threats, the IRGC spokesman stated that resorting to economic warfare is a clear sign of disgraceful military failure. "If you had won on the battlefield, there would be no need to start an economic war," he noted, pointing out that U.S. sanctions are nothing new after 47 years.
