Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking in the conference held on Wedensday to commemorate Martyr Soleimani, Alireza Monadi said: "Maj. General Soleimani's diplomacy influenced Iran's military and scientific capacities in the region and the world."
"Today, Iran is one of the three countries that have the knowledge of developing precision-guided missiles today, it is due to the diplomacy of Hajj Qasem Soleimani, because he convinced the world, and especially the Russians, to take part in the war [on terrorism] in Syria."
The head of the Education, Research and Technology Commission of the Parliament continued: "When Iran's friendly and neighboring country, Syria, was attacked by the terrorists, Soleimani went to the battle against infidels and fought enemies face to face."
Monadi said: "Based on international standards, Iran has had a scientific growth of 300 years in the last thirty years, and today it is not a developing country anymore."
