Tehran(IP): The director general of the Iran Trade Promotion Organization stressed that during the visit of the Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of Iran to Syria, four cooperation documents were signed between the two countries.

Iran PressIran News: The Director-General of Iran Trade Promotion Organization, Alireza Peyman Pak said: "Reza Fatemi Amin, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of Iran, met with the Syrian Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade during his visit to Syria. Holding a trade committee between the two countries, the proceedings of the trade cooperation meeting between the two countries were signed.

Peyman Pak added: "After holding an industrial committee between Iran and Syria and signing the proceedings of the meeting of cooperation between the two countries in industrial fields, two other cooperation documents in the field of standards were negotiated and prepared by expert teams and signed by the ministers of the two countries."

The director general of the Trade Development Organization of Iran also said: "Fatemi Amin attended the conference on trade opportunities between Iran and Syria, which was attended by Iranian companies participating in the exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Syrian parties at the Damascus Chamber of Commerce."

Syrian Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade Mohammad Samer al-Khalil who was attending the final meeting of Syrian trade and investment opportunities, which was also attended by the Minister of Industry of Iran, the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, the Minister of Industry of Syria and more than 70 Iranian and Syrian businessmen, called the visit of Iran's Minister of Industry different and fruitful.
