Iran's Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting on Sunday said that in his latest letter to the UN Secretary-General dating two weeks ago, he had said that the book on the history of US disloyalty would be soon published.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking to the press on Sunday Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the government has made efforts to take some steps in the field of economy. He went on to explain further that in the first two years of Rouhani's term the government had achieved successful results leading back to unprecedented growth of the country, however, Iran had faced US disloyalty.

Iran's FM added: "In a letter, I wrote to the Secretary-General of the United Nations two weeks ago, we recorded the history of these terms of unfaithfulness since September 2016, and these abuses became a book that will be published soon.

"This shows that we tried our best, but factors outside the government and factors outside the country prevented us from achieving the result we wanted.", explained he.

"The second thing we had to provide people in this COVID-19 outbreak situation was a vaccine," Zarif said.

"Of course, we must pay attention to domestic production. But as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we had a duty to help for easy access to foreign vaccines, for which we served to help the Ministry of Health, and we are pleased that more than 10 million foreign vaccines have entered the country so far, and another 10 million vaccines are planned in the coming months which will enter and this important shortcoming which is general vaccination will be continued, concluded Zarif.
