Tehran (IP)- Iran's Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei addressed the harsh sanctions imposed by adversaries on the country, asserting that the sanctions aim to corner the Islamic Republic and compel it to conform to colonialist and arrogant agendas.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking at a gathering with Iranian workers in Tehran on Wednesday in observance of Work and Workers’ Week, the Leader reiterated Iran's unwavering stance against sanctions aimed at inflicting hardship on the Islamic establishment and coercing submission to foreign powers.

He emphasized that the Islamic system and its people will not succumb to such pressures. During his speech, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution highlighted the nation's resilience in transforming hostilities into opportunities, citing arms production as an example.

Ayatollah Khamenei affirmed that the Iranian nation will not be vanquished by sanctions as it does not seek external assistance, stressing the importance of bolstering this indomitable spirit.

Furthermore, he urged the Iranian populace to demonstrate their strength through diligent work, action, and national unity.

Commending the Islamic and revolutionary fervor of the Iranian people, Ayatollah Khamenei proclaimed that Iran will steadfastly resist hostile sanctions designed to enforce compliance with colonial and arrogant mandates.
