Iran Press/West Asia: During the meeting, the Secretary General of the Human Rights Youth Organization addressed the issue of American human rights violations and the crimes perpetrated by the United States and the Zionist regime. He stated, "The world is currently witnessing a series of heinous crimes committed by the Zionist occupation regime in Gaza and the West Bank, with the backing of the United States and the European Union."
Ansari further emphasized, "Western leaders, with unprecedented audacity, are flouting international humanitarian laws and are actively engaged in perpetrating genocide, forced displacement, starvation, and the torture of prisoners. It seems as if they are determined to commit every crime against humanity and war crime outlined in the four Geneva Conventions (1949) and their protocols."
The Secretary General of the Human Rights Youth Organization added that while the suffering of the people in Gaza is a profound tragedy, it also exposes the hypocrisy of Western claims regarding human rights. He noted that Western powers conveniently ignore international laws and protocols, many of which they helped formulate or have ratified, whenever these regulations impede their agenda of dominance and exploitation of other nations.
