Iran Press/ Iran news: Nazem Dabbagh, the representative of the Kurdistan Region in Tehran, said that Barzani is scheduled to have meetings with Iranian President Ebrahim Rais.
Barzani also will meet with the Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
Dabbagh said that the head of Iraq's Kurdistan Region visited Tehran to strengthen bilateral relations, discuss important regional developments, and expansion of Tehran-Erbil relations among other goals.
Barzani's last visit to Tehran was in 2021 as he attended President Raisi's inauguration ceremony.
