Tehran (IP) - A member of the Iranian parliament's Education Commission has said the US government does not adhere to international laws and does not honour its promises, and the Iranian people are so fed up with America's dishonesty.

Iran Press/Iran news: "The Iranian people are so tired and fed up with America's dishonesty and unreliability," said member of Education Commission of the Majlis (Parliament), Habibollah Deh-marde in an exclusive interview with Iran Press.

"It is obvious that American government does not adhere to any laws and fails to honour its promises. Not only in recent events, but also throughout history," Deh-mardeh added.

The Majlis Education Commission member noted: "Also on the issue of JCPOA, American government has repeatedly dishonoured its promises and obligations."

"So what Iranian people expect their government to do is state unequivocally and clearly, not to dither anymore, to react decisively and firmly to any JCPOA signatory who fails to honour its commitments and obligations under the treaty, we have reached the limit of our patience, we cannot accept empty promises, even by the European signatories to the JCPOA," the Iranian MP added.

Habibollah Deh-marde reiterated: "The way is clear and the nation is eager to see the government react in accordance with what is mentioned in the JCPOA. If Europeans dishonour their commitments and obligations, we should react according to the letter of JCPOA."

Parliament Education Commission member further added: "Global arrogant powers should know if they try to bully Iran, or coerce Iran, the Iranian people will unite solidly behind their government and will rally in support of the government, even if there are internal disagreements among us. This has been proven many times in years and decades gone by, for example during the Iran-Iraq war, or even before that."  103/209
