Answering to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's threats, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander has warned "Don’t play with lion’s tail."

Iran Press/Iran news: Highlighted that Iranian military advisers will remain in Syria, Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari on Wednesday added "Fear the day when Iranian precision missiles hit your positions and take revenge of all the blood of oppressed Muslims which you have shed."

According to Iran Press, Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday said Israel will continue conducting airstrikes in Syria targeting what is claimed to be Iranian units. He also urged Iran to “get out of there fast".

Describing Netanyahu’s threat as "ridiculous", General Jafari stressed that "The Islamic Republic of Iran will keep in Syria all the military and revolutionary advisers, and equipment and weapons which aim to train and empower Islamic Resistance forces and support oppressed people of the country."

On Dec 18, 2018, In an answer to Netanyahu's threats, Iranian Foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted: "First, Netanyahu stands next to nuclear BOMB factory and threatens Iran with annihilation. Now, he openly boasts about his offensive missiles that can reach anywhere."
