Tehran (IP) The Iranian Vice President for Strategy Affairs, Mohammad Javad Zarif, stated that the resolution of the Board of Governors against Iran is legally baseless, and Europe as well as the US should know that they are not in the position of claimants; they must be accountable, and only by creating a balance and equal position could there be an agreement.
