Iran's Government Spokesman expressed hope that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will continue its impartial and unbiased policy under the new Acting Director-General, Cornel Feruta.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei referred to the recent trip by IAEA's Acting Director-General Cornel Feruta to the Islamic Republic of Iran and said: "We have clearly announced all of our nuclear activities to the Agency and Cornel Furuta visited the country to see that all of our activities are indeed monitored and are within the framework that we have discussed."

Rabiei said Feruta's trip to Iran is in line with his predecessor Yukia Amano's past visits to the Islamic Republic to report on Iran's nuclear activities, Iran Press reported.

Ali Rabiei added: "If the Europeans live up to their end of the bargain and honor their commitments fully, we will honor our obligations in full."

IAEA acting chief Cornel Feruta, who traveled to Tehran on Sunday met with the head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Ali Akbar Salehi, and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

He said that interaction between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has matured, is positive, constructive and transparent. 101/211/215
