The head of the business commission of the Tehran chamber of commerce, Mohammad Reza Najafi Manesh, has said an anti-sanctions headquarters should be set up within the Tehran chamber of commerce, with the cooperation of Iran's foreign ministry, to look into cases related to sanctions against Iran.

Speaking on Tuesday, Najafi Manesh said we must establish a permanent dialogue with economic experts, businessmen, entreprenuers, companies and businesses to"identify problems which are rooted in anti-Iran sanctions."

Najafi Manesh added:  "The U.S. treasury department has assigned 500 personnel, to ensure that anti-Iran sanctions are not bypassed or circumvented (by European and other companies and individuals). Thus, given this fact, we need to assign 5000 individuals to counter America's unilateral sanctions against Iran.

The head of the business commission of the Tehran chamber of commerce stressed:  "Towards the end of August fresh US sanctions against Iran come into effect, regarding automotive industry raw materials and spare parts.  The Americans haven't actually sanctioned autos, but they have devised strict limits on raw materials and spare parts used in the auto industry.

Earlier, Iranian president, Hassan Rouhani, in his keynote speech at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO ) Summit has emphasized that unilateral American sanctions are harming world trade , stressing that America's attempts to impose its policies on other countries is "a real danger which is spreading in the world".

Commenting on the nuclear deal (JCPOA) ,Najafi Manesh said we must work closely with the European Union to protect and preserve the JCPOA  , and we must also work hand-in-hand with medium and small sized businesses.

The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Ali Akbar Salehi says it is not possible to have JCPOA and sanctions at the same time , as indicated by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Salehi also stressed that "simultaneity of JCPOA and sanctions is not possible",  as indicated by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

US President Donald Trump officially declared America's withdrawal from the  JCPOA on  8 May  2018.

EU powers have scrambled to save the JCPOA and protect their businesses in Iran, after re-imposition of US sanctions.
