Iran Press/ Iran News: Attending the ceremony, the Deputy Head of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values, Brigadier-General Mohammad-Reza Sohrabi stressed that the story of women during the sacred defence period must be recalled as most of them belong to martyrs and war veterans' mothers which have not been told anywhere and have not been transferred to a new generation.
He further said that women's role and their heroism during the sacred defence period have not been mentioned as such and their stories have not been remembered the way they should be.
