Sarajevo (IP) - Iranian men's team advanced to the next stage of the Sitting Volleyball World Championships by overpowering Japan.

Iran PressEurope: In continuation of the world men's sitting volleyball competition in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Iranian team beat the Japanese men's sitting volleyball team 3-0 on Monday.

The Iranian team won against the Japanese men's sitting volleyball team with scores of 25-5, 25-9, and 25-18.

The Iranian team previously defeated the teams of Iraq, Croatia, and Kazakhstan in the group stage, and now they have advanced from their group as the first team.

The Iranian men's sitting volleyball team has won seven championships, one runner-up, and three-thirds in the World Volleyball Championships, and the teams of Bosnia and the Netherlands are in second and third place.
