He also referred to the IAEA cameras and added: The cameras we collected were Beyond-Safeguards Cameras and were installed with Iran's agreement toward the JCPOA agreement to measure the limits, capacity, and speed of Iran's nuclear activity.
Eslami further explained, "There is no reason for us to unilaterally act on a quasi-obsolete agreement when no parties are left in the JCPOA. No cameras will be installed if they do not drop the charges and return to their commitments."
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization also said that gassing the centrifuges is within the framework of the parliament's strategic action law and is a response to the sanctions of the other side.
US has followed double standards toward Iran for decades
He added: "However, we are witnessing the double standards of US and the false accusation that they have attributed to Iran for 20 years. The Zionist regime and the anti-revolution elements have claims about fake places and documents; by which they try to intensify the pressure on the Iranian nation."
The vice president stated: "If they had good intentions in the negotiations and had negotiated for years, The JCPOA which has been the result of intensive negotiations, would have been a way out of this situation, that is, a negotiation was held to resolve these alleged accusations, to build trust."
Eslami reassured: "Iran has reduced its rights in different circumstances and accepted restrictions and intensified surveillance so that these accusations and claims are dropped, excuses are removed, and sanctions are lifted, and they allow the conditions to continue with the agreed model. However, unfortunately, these commitments were not fulfilled, and every day they stick to new excuses and repeat the accusations in an intensified form.
Iran's nuclear activities are in accordance with safeguards, NPT
Emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always emphasized that all its nuclear activities are in accordance with the standards of safeguards and NPT, and Iran is committed to NPT and safeguards, Eslami said:
In the implementation of the strategic law to lift sanctions, and in response to the sanctions, Iran has started gassing the advanced centrifuges to show the Americans that Iran's will is a strong one to lift the sanctions, and we will not hesitate to take any action that is in line with the interests of the Iranian people.
