As the enemies of Iran noticed that their military aggression on the country just made the Iranian nation more unified during the 12-day war on Iran, they have become more decisive to undermine the very unity among the officials and people.
Leader Ayatollah Khamenei:
- Iran’s enemies have realized from the steadfastness and powerful unity of the people, the officials, and the Armed Forces, as well as from their heavy defeat in military offensives, that the Iranian nation and the Islamic establishment cannot be brought to their knees or compelled to obey through war.
- So they [the enemies] are now pursuing this objective by fomenting division within the country.
- In response, all people, officials, and those with a voice or a pen must, with all their might, safeguard and strengthen the iron shield of the nation’s sacred and great unity.
- They [the enemies] were so confident that just one day after launching the attack, they sat down to discuss what kind of rule should govern Iran after the Islamic Republic, even going so far as to appoint a king, deciding that a certain person should become the Shah of Iran. This is how they imagined Iran’s future.
- They imagined that due to the attack on Iran, a gap would be shaped between the people and the Islamic Republic system, the system would be weakened, and they could reach their sister and malicious purposes and do this.
