Iran’s team of Greco-Roman wrestling clinched the champion title for the sixth time at the Junior World Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships in Bulgaria, earning 117 points through 1 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

  • Payam Ahmadi won gold in the 55kg weight category
     
  • Ahoura Bouyeri and Mohammad Hadi Seyyedi won silver respectively in the 77kg and 97kg weight categories
     
  • Mohammad Javad Aboutalebi and Abolfazl Fathi Tezangi won bronze respectively in the 63kg and 130kg weight categories
