Iran PressMiddle East: In a joint press conference with Lebanese counterpart Abdullah Bou Habib, the Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, answering a question about Vienna talks, said: "If there is real intention on the other side and all of them return to their commitments in JCPOA, Tehran will return to its commitments."

"But the verbal messages of the United States and the claims of three European countries are not the criteria for Tehran to return to talks," the Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized.

"We decide and act on their obligations," he added.

Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iran is willing to help rebuild the port of Beirut, destroyed by a massive blast in August 2020, if the Lebanese government makes such a request.
