Iran Press/ Middle East: In a joint press conference with Lebanese counterpart Abdullah Bou Habib, the Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, answering a question about Vienna talks, said: "If there is real intention on the other side and all of them return to their commitments in JCPOA, Tehran will return to its commitments."
"But the verbal messages of the United States and the claims of three European countries are not the criteria for Tehran to return to talks," the Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized.
"We decide and act on their obligations," he added.
Amir-Abdollahian stressed that Iran is willing to help rebuild the port of Beirut, destroyed by a massive blast in August 2020, if the Lebanese government makes such a request.
The explosion devastated swathes of the Lebanese capital and left more than 200 people dead.

Iran is ready to build two power plants in Lebanon, one in Beirut and the other in the south of the country, in a period of 18 months, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said after meeting Lebanese officials today.
