Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that COVID-19 had killed 170 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 80,658.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 03, 2021, 2,945,100 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,508,907 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 9,657 cases, out of whom 1,400 patients were hospitalized.

3,924 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICUs).

So far, 20,310,621 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 16 cities are red, 201 are orange, and 231 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,035,388 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 532,929 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 4,568,317 doses.
