Iran Press/ Iran News: At a meeting of the Palestine Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States in Tehran on Monday evening, Hassan Karim Matar stated that the occupiers did not show mercy to Palestinian children and women in the recent attack Gaza Strip.
The deputy speaker of the Iraqi Parliament stressed that the bombing and destruction of residential buildings and the killing of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are against human rights principles. In such circumstances, some Western governments supported the Israeli regime.
"It is necessary to pursue the trial of the Israeli occupiers in international courts; simultaneously, the boycott of the Israeli regime and the protection of the oppressed Palestinian people should be on the agenda of Islamic countries.
The fourth extraordinary meeting of the Palestine Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States with the participation of 15 countries and the slogan "Quds, the symbol of unity and victory" was held in Tehran.
